Telegram · Morning briefing

MONDAY, 08:00

Morning. Here’s what’s worth your attention.

A competitor is promoting a new beginner workshop. Local customers are asking what to bring to their first class.

My suggestion: A quick ‘your first visit’ post. I’ve drafted it in your voice.

first-visit-content.mdPost draft + short video script
Love that. Add our Saturday class and let me check it before it goes out.

Updated. Nothing publishes until you approve.

Your direction. Your approval.

An example handoff for a small studio. Your agent fits your business.

No new dashboard.
Just send a message.

Goodbye,
back-burner marketing.

You’re running the business. Marketing gets whatever time is left.
Give the recurring work a place to go.

You hear about their new offer from a customer.

Keep an eye on the competition.

Your agent checks the competitors and public sources you choose, spots pricing and positioning changes, and sends a brief with links and what matters for your business.

A competitor brief, not another afternoon of tabs.

Research turns into an hour on social media.

Catch the trend. Skip the scroll.

Follow industry news, customer questions, and relevant social posts. Get a shortlist of useful topics, why they matter, and angles your business can actually use.

A morning shortlist with sources and content angles.

You know you should post. You never get to it.

Turn good ideas into content.

Turn a voice note, product update, or trend into posts, newsletters, video scripts, and visual assets using connected creation tools. Keep your voice. Review before anything goes out.

A content pack ready for your review.

Research uses the public sources and platform access available to your setup. Paid data and media-generation tools are scoped separately.

One brief.
A head start
on the whole day.

For a local studio, a consultancy, an online shop, or a small team wearing every hat. Start with the work you keep putting off.

YOUR MORNING HANDOFF

Less catching up.
More moving forward.

  1. 08:00
    Know what changed.

A competitor update and the industry news worth reading, with source links.

  2. 08:05
    Have something to say.

Three content angles, a drafted post, and a short video script in your brand voice.

  3. 08:10
    Decide. Don’t start from scratch.

Review the drafts, send a voice note, and get back to your customers.

Example workflow. Schedule and deliverables are tailored to you.

Marketing is
just the start.

One agent, fitted to your business.
Not six more apps for you to manage.

Sales & follow-ups

“Who needs a reply this week?”

Research incoming leads, prepare meeting briefs, draft follow-ups, and keep an approved CRM up to date.

Inbox & daily admin

“Give me the things that need me.”

Sort the noise, surface urgent messages, prepare replies, and turn meetings into tasks and reminders.

Websites & small apps

“Build a landing page for this offer.”

Create campaign pages, calculators, dashboards, or internal tools. Test the work and send a preview before launch.

Reports & spreadsheets

“What changed in the business this week?”

Pull from connected sources, clean up spreadsheets, and turn the numbers into a report you can act on.

Customer support

“Draft answers from our help docs.”

Find the right information, prepare useful replies, and flag sensitive cases for a person to handle.

Documents & team knowledge

“Turn these files into something useful.”

Extract information from PDFs, organize notes, draft proposals, and make company knowledge easier to find.

Each workflow needs the right tools, permissions, and testing. We agree what is in scope before connecting it.

It learns your business.
You keep the reins.

Not a chatbot you have to brief from scratch every morning. Not a black box you hand the keys to.

Knows your way of working.

Your services, customers, brand voice, and working preferences become its context. Useful procedures are saved so you don’t repeat the same instructions.

Works beyond the chat.

On an always-on host, your scheduled research and reports run while you’re offline. It brings back the result, or flags what needs your input.

Acts within your boundaries.

We choose its access and approval rules together. Start with drafts. Approve publishing, customer messages, spending, and launches before they happen.

Start with one job.
Make it work.
Then build on it.

No six-month AI transformation. We pick a useful first workflow and build around the way your business already runs.

  1. 01 / ScopeShow me the busywork.

In a 20-minute call, we choose the result, tools, access, and budget. You get a clear scope before committing.

  2. 02 / BuildMeet your agent.

I configure its context, connect the agreed tools, and set up your messaging channel. We test with real tasks.

  3. 03 / Put to workMake it part of the day.

Review its work, refine the routine, and get a handover. Ongoing support and new workflows are agreed separately.

I use this way
of working, too.

I’m Rick. I use agents for competitor research, social trends, content, and building software. This offer comes from work I actually hand off.

I’ve also built document-processing systems for municipalities and custom agents at an AI agency. You work directly with the person connecting the tools and testing the result.

Built on Hermes Agent, an open-source framework. Custom-configured for your business, not a model I pretend to have invented.

Fair questions.

Here’s what you should know
before handing work to an agent.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

The difference is the setup, not a magic model. Your agent is connected to your tools, given your business context, and configured to run recurring work. It can research, create files, and take permitted actions instead of leaving you to copy answers between apps. You still review important decisions.

Does it really work when I close the chat?

Yes. With the agent running on an always-on host, configured schedules and background jobs continue when your phone is closed. It messages you when there is something to review. 24/7 means hosted, scheduled operation, not a promise of uninterrupted uptime or an agent thinking every second. Hosting, model limits, and connected services still apply.

Can I use Telegram, WhatsApp, or iMessage?

Yes, with the right setup. Telegram uses a bot. WhatsApp needs account pairing or a Business API integration. iMessage needs a compatible Mac-based bridge, such as BlueBubbles. We choose the channel that fits your business and check its requirements before starting.

Will it publish, email customers, or spend money on its own?

We agree the boundaries before connecting it. The default engagement starts with research and drafts. Publishing, outbound messages, purchases, and deployments require your approval unless you explicitly authorize a specific routine. Access is scoped to the tools it needs, and we test those rules with you.

What is it built on?

Hermes Agent, the open-source agent framework by Nous Research, with models and integrations chosen for the job. My work is shaping it around your business: context, tools, repeatable workflows, hosting, testing, and handover. You are buying a configured working setup, not a proprietary foundation model.

What does it cost, and what do I get?

After the fit call, I quote the setup around one clear workflow. The scope covers the agent configuration, agreed integrations, messaging, testing, and handover. Hosting, model/API usage, paid tools, and any ongoing support are itemized separately before you commit. No one-size-fits-all price or unlimited-usage promise.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You explain the job and give access to the tools we agree on. I handle the setup and show you how to message the agent, review its work, change a routine, and pause it. We start small, test with real examples, and expand when the first workflow is useful.

What would you
take off your plate?

Bring the task you keep putting off. We’ll work out whether an agent can help, what it needs, and what a useful first version looks like.
